With sensitive, high-performance speakers, this phone delivers crisp, clear sound. Its automatic microphone switching technology means that only the microphone nearest the person talking is on, limiting extraneous noises from around the room. The SoundStation Premier is designed with Polycom’s breakthrough Acoustic Clarity Technology, which allows natural two-way conversations; speak naturally from two to 20 feet away from the microphone and be heard clearly.

Physical Architecture
Tabletop console contains audio processing functions and alphanumeric keypad. Wall module contains power and telephone line interfaces. Cables consist of 25 ft single-cord connection to tabletop console and 7 ft connection to RJ-11 telephone jack. Extended hypercardioid microphone modules connect to console via 8 ft. (24 m) cables.
